    Just joined sent my first receipt yesterday. Received an email saying they couldn’t find the date on the receipt and resend. I looked for the rebates I marked yesterday…all gone. Figured they were still in my account. Resent the receipt with the date highlighted. Next response can’t find any rebates? What’s up? Btw i could find no way to contact you via website.

    1. No problem Mary! Generally, rebates that are not redeemed on a receipt submission (for any reason) will show back up in a gallery within 48 hours (if it did not expire). Please contact our Team by visiting the Help Center and tapping “Submit a Request” in the upper left corner. Our team would be happy to assist you. Thanks!
