Put a new twist on an old classic with a gooey batch of Marshmallow Sandwich Cookies from Nestlé Toll House.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookie Dough
- 8 large marshmallows
Directions:
- Prepare refrigerated cookie dough according to package directions. (If using dough from one batch Original cookie dough, make 16 cookies, baked 9 to 11 minutes.)
- Cool on baking sheets on wire racks for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
- Place marshmallow on bottom side of one cookie. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 10 to 20 seconds or until marshmallow expands. Top with second cookie. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining cookies and marshmallows.
