Sweet Pork Taco Bowls Recipe

Old El Paso® Stand ‘N Stuff® soft flour tortillas

2.5 pound Pork butt, boneless

2 cups brown sugar

1 cup Old El Paso® chile and roasted garlic Mexican cooking sauce

1 cup root beer


Medium cheddar cheese, grated

Tomatoes, chopped

Lettuce, chopped

8 to 10 Old El Paso™ Stand ‘N Stuff™ soft flour tortillas


Step 1 Place the Old El Paso sauce, brown sugar and root beer in a slow cooker. Stir to combine. Add the pork butt and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove the meat, shred it and place it back in the slow cooker for an additional 2 hours.

Step 2 Heat the taco bowls in a warm oven, 350° for 2 to 3 minutes, fill with pork and top with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Enjoy!
